Who Can Attend
Anyone between age 25 and 45 can participate from any part of the world. No parents or friends are allowed. We do not provide visas, travel documents, or travel expenses.
No. Candidates have attended from nearly all states in the USA as well as the UK and Canada in previous years. The event is open to anyone willing to attend in person.
Event Information
We understand that coordinating work and travel schedules is not easy. However, attending the full day is highly recommended. The event is structured to maximize opportunities for meaningful interactions and introductions. Candidate information and event materials become available only after check-in.
Average age varies depending on enrollment. We strive to maintain balanced participation across age groups.
We aim for approximately 150 participants and try to maintain a 1:1 ratio between men and women whenever possible.
Early registration is strongly encouraged because enrollment may be limited by age group and gender balance.

After registration, you will receive a unique password and download link for the Hindu Matrimonial USA App.
You can:
- Upload photos
- Add personal information
- Browse attendees of the opposite gender
- Connect with potential matches
Interactive features become active after event check-in.

- 50% refund if canceled 30–45 days before event.
- No refunds 30 days prior to the event or thereafter.

No. Transportation is not included.

Candidates who identify as Hindu, Jain, or Sikh are welcome.
No religious activities are conducted during the event.
No. Information is provided through the Hindu Matrimonial USA App.
Yes. Attendance is mandatory. Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
No. Parents and friends are not allowed into the event venue.
Referral Bonus
A one-time $25 referral bonus is available when:
- You register first.
- You refer someone of the opposite gender.
- They mention your name during registration.
- Both of you attend the event.
The bonus is issued to both participants.

About Fees
Hindu Matrimonial USA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization run entirely by volunteers.
Registration fees help cover:
- Venue rental
- Furniture and equipment
- Decorations
- DJ and entertainment
- Meals and refreshments
- Event operations
The goal is to allow attendees to focus on meeting potential life partners while Hindu Matrimonial USA manages the event experience.
